Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Korean patients aged 19-65 years old who fall under American Society of Anesthesiologists physical classification 1 or 2 receiving general anesthesia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who are allergic to the study drug, patients who are expected to have difficulty with tracheal intubation, patients with acute narrow-angle glaucoma, sleep apnea syndrome, patients with alcohol or drug dependence or chronic use, patients with galactose or lactase deficiency, and patients with hypersensitivity to Dextran 40. , Heart, lung, kidney, liver, cerebrovascular system, psychiatric diseases, pregnant women, lactating women, foreigners, body mass index > 30 kg/m2 or < 20 kg/m2, and other cases with American Society of Anesthesiologists physical classification 3 or higher
