Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: residing in Seoul metropolitan area, having a diabetes diagnosis for at least one year, owning a smartphone, and exhibiting intact cognition and communication.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Older adults with type 1 diabetes, insulin users, older adults with severe medical conditions, or those unable to visit the center were excluded from the study.
