Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Subjects who have not regularly participated in any exercise, including Pilates, within 6 months and meet the criteria for upper limb crossed syndrome

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Abnormal heart rate and blood pressure, neurological diseases including rheumatism, pregnant women, and those who have regularly taken drugs, steroids, or muscle relaxants to relieve pain within the past 6 months If you have been diagnosed with a spine-related disease and received surgery or treatment.
