Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: [1st Inclusion Criteria] 1) Acute(within 4 weeks) Myocardial Infartion [2nd Inclusion Criteria] 2) Patients who received successful percutaneous coronary intervention (the criterion for successful angioplasty was defined as TMI III blood flow in the target coronary artery and residual lesion stenosis < 30%) using a DES or DCB for the culprit lesion. (However, DCB are used only when restenosis occurs in lesions target lesion, resulting in myocardial infarction.)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Ongoing end-stage heart failure or symptoms of heart failure (Killip class II or higher or left ventricular ejection rate 2.0mg/dL) 8) Pregnant or lactating patients 9) Patients participating in clinical studies other than the Registry study. However, as long as the validity is not affected, duplicate registration is possible only with the consent of both practitioners.
