Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Selection Criteria (1) Patients with hemiparesis due to chronic stroke, aged 50 years or older but not older than 80 years (2) 6 months or more have passed since the onset of stroke (3) Vital signs such as blood pressure, pulse, and body temperature are stable. (4) Able to walk 10 meters or more independently without assistance from others or walking aids. (4) Able to walk independently for at least 10 meters (5) A score of 24 or more on the Brief Mental State Examination.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion Criteria (1) Individuals with other neurologic or musculoskeletal conditions other than stroke. (2) Subjects with unilateral neglect or spatiotemporal impairment, psychiatric illness, or other neurological conditions other than stroke. (3) Orthopedic disorders such as rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, or a history of orthopedic surgery. (4) Hearing and vision impairment.
