Others(fluid management) : Patients are randomized into two groups: those who receive more restrictive goal-oriented fluid therapy, in which fluid is injected only when stroke volume variation is high

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Adult patients 18 years of age or older undergoing brain tumor removal under general anesthesia
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients who do not agree to the study Patients with severe cardiopulmonary or renal disease Patients who are unable to give informed consent due to a decreased level of consciousness
