Behavioral : Participants will participate in two weeks of recorded lectures on first aid and live online lectures for case-based learning.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Nurse officers who are employed in a medical facility at the division level or below at the time of the study, - Those who understand the purpose of the study and voluntarily agree to participate in the study. - Those who possess a device with an internet connection and are able to participate in online education

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Individuals who are unable to participate in the study because of a planned transfer or deployment during the study period - Nursing military personnel (not officers) working in medical facilities at the division level or below - Participated in focus group interviews,pilot test or curriculum development during the curriculum development phase
