Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Subjects between the ages of 18 and 65 who have a smartphone based on the Android operating system 2. Subjects who can use the application 3. Subjects who are judged to be stable enough to understand and agree to the purpose and procedures of this study 4. Subjects available for follow-up during the research period 5. Subjects who received a thorough explanation of their participation in the study and voluntarily completed and signed the consent form for participation in the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Subjects with other organic problems that may cause mood disorders 2. Subjects with intellectual disabilities 3. Subjects who are at risk of self-harm or harm to others at the time of writing the consent form 4. Subjects with hallucinations, delusions, and disorganized speech and behavior 5. Subjects who are executives and employees of this clinical research institute 6. Other subjects who are deemed unsuitable for research in the judgment of the research manager
