Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria 1) Age at or over 19 years old 2) Patient in cardiogenic shock 3) Successful implantation of venoarterial extracorporeal membrane oxygenation 4) Successful implantation of right heart catheter All 1),2),3) and 4) should be met to be included in this study. * Definition of cardiogenic shock All 1),2) and 3) should be met. 1) Systolic blood pressure lower than 90 mmHg or requires inotropic agent to maintain systolic blood pressure over 90mmHg more than 30 minutes 2) Evidence of hypoperfusion including altered mental status, cool extremities, mottled skin appearance, renal dysfunction or elevated lactate level 3) Evidence of cardiac dysfunction in invasive or echocardiographic exam
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Younger than 19 years old 2) Noncardiogenic or mixed shock 3) Extracorporeal membrane oxygenation with a configuration other than venoarterial 4) Unwitnessed cardiac arrest 5) Irreversible brain injury documented before or during treatment 6) Clinical or anatomical factors which are not feasible for monitoring using right heart catheter Any one of 1),2),3),4),5) or 6)
