Interventions

Others : FAPI PET/CT obtained torso images at 60 and 120 minutes after maintaining a stable state after intravenous injection of 185 MBq (5 mCi) of FAPI. Torso imaging takes about 10 minutes in total

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Adults over 20 years old - Patients suspected of having pancreatic cancer or biliary tract cancer on imaging tests including CT and PET/CT and confirmed to have cancer on biopsy - Patients in whom cancer was not confirmed on biopsy due to difficulty in histological examination before surgery, but surgical treatment was planned due to strong suspicion of cancer based on clinical picture and imaging examination - Patients who can provide written consent and comply with the research requirements before starting to participate in the study. - Patients who gave written consent to establish a Bio Repository for liver, biliary tract, and pancreatic tumor research (H-0901-010-267)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Patients who are pregnant or lactating - Patients with a history of clinically significant uncontrolled seizures, central nervous system disease, or mental illness that, in the opinion of the investigator, may interfere with or interfere with the subject's ability to understand the consent form. - Subjects who develop uncontrolled severe infection or other uncontrolled serious comorbidities - Patients who have undergone other major surgery within 4 weeks prior to the study or who have not fully recovered from the effects of major surgery.
