Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Adult target group: 20 to 29 years of age 2) Elderly target group: over 60 years old and under 69 years old - Adults with no cognitive impairment, ability to walk normally, and a BBS score of 45 or higher

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: 1) Subjects who cannot be tested because they have cognitive impairment with an MMSE score of less than 24 or difficulty in communication due to language impairment, etc., and cannot follow instructions. 2) Subjects with reduced balance ability with a BBS (Berg Balance Scale) score of less than 45 points [8] 3) Patients in whom it is difficult to perform a normal cerebral blood flow test using fNIRS due to brain surgery, cranial deformity, microcephaly, etc. 4) Those who cannot undergo MRI examination, such as those with pacemakers or claustrophobia 5) Subjects for whom accurate evaluation is judged to be impossible due to a psychiatric history or chronic mental illness such as dementia 6) Subjects for whom testing is difficult due to repetitive coughing, uncontrolled tremors, abnormal movements, etc. 7) Those who are pregnant or planning to become pregnant 8) Subjects whose principal or guardian does not consent to participation in the study

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Functional data: · Cognitive screening test (MMSE), fall risk assessment (MFS), walking function test (10mWT, BBS) results · Study subjects' stride length, number of steps, and changes in blood pressure and heart rate before, during, and after the treadmill walking test (Smart (using a watch) · Brain activity results for each region that appear during a treadmill walking test using fNIRS, distance and detailed location measurements between fNIRS sensors, and T1 and T2 brain imaging results through subject brain MRI examination

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Demographic data: date of birth, gender, education, weight, height - Clinical data: underlying diseases (hypertension, diabetes, dyslipidemia, past history of brain disease and other walking-related diseases), smoking history, drinking history, etc.
