Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The inclusion criteria for the study are patients who had undergone total knee replacement surgery due to degenerative arthritis, no neurological impairment that would affect their ability to perform the exercise program, no postoperative inflammation or other adverse events, and patients aged 60 years or older who could adequately understand the methods and objectives of the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria for the study include patients with back or lower extremity damage or surgery in the past 2 years, patients with a history of surgery on the knee joint prior to total knee replacement, and patients with circulatory disturbance or allergies to cold.
