Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients aged 19-65 years, classified as ASA physical status I or II, undergoing endoscopic sinus surgery and septoplasty under general anesthesia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Conditions indicating difficult airway management (Mallampati=3), chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, bronchial asthma, severe cardiac, renal, and hepatic diseases
