Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Currently enrolled as a student at universities in South Korea 2) No restrictions on participation in the virtual reality program, specifically, those who understand how to use the VR program and equipment and can operate the VR machine according to the researcher's guidance, those who do not have physical limitations that make it difficult to sit in a chair with armrests and back support for a long time, and those who have sufficient vision and hearing function to perform the VR program 3) Understand the purpose of the study and the questionnaire and voluntarily agree to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Currently diagnosed with a depressive or anxiety disorder and receiving medication or psychotherapy. 2) Currently diagnosed with a sleep disorder and being treated with medication
