Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) a patient [Joint criteria] - Subjects over 19 years of age - Patients diagnosed with cancer (solid/blood cancer) that cannot be cured as of the registration date; or a cancer patient who refused chemotherapy, surgery, or radiation therapy for treatment purposes regardless of stage - Patients who have been informed and agreed to this study (2) Caregiver - Subjects over 19 years of age - Caregivers of cohort registered patients - A guardian who accompanies the patient's care, primarily providing care, or a guardian who actively intervenes in the patient's care decisions - Anyone who has listened to the explanation and agreed to this study

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patient - If the cancer is not confirmed histologically
