Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Individuals aged between 50 and 81 years old, based on their age as per the resident registration at the time of enrollment, and their actual age. Individuals who possess sufficient physical abilities required for the test (able to walk with assistance or better).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Individuals diagnosed with dementia due to cognitive impairment and resulting functional decline. Individuals showing severe depression, with a score of 23 or higher on the depression-related survey (CES-D). Individuals with uncontrolled sleep disorders, anxiety, or behavioral disorders within the past three months. Others who, in the researcher's judgment, are deemed difficult to comply with the study.
