Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Man and women (20 years = Age < 65 years) 2) Fasting blood sugar level <126 mg/dL

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Volunteer who has taken healthy functional food, herbal medicine or medicine within 4 weeks. 2) BMI < 18.5kg/m2 3) Volunteer who has a clinically significant history of cardiovascular system, respiratory system, endocrine system, etc., or has a current active disease.4) high-intensity exercise regularly 5) Volunteer who had a weight change of more than 4 kg within 4 weeks of the first visit, or is a dietetic therapy for weight control. 6) Volunteer who drink continuously 7) Excessive smokers 8) Volunteer who has been in clinical demonstration within 1 month 9) Pregnant woman, lactating women or planning to pregnant 10) Volunteer who are hypersensitivity or allergy to dietary supplement or ingredients contained in the supplement. 11) Volunteer who judged incongruent by tester through clinical examination center
