Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - men and women over the age of 19 - A person diagnosed with schizophrenia, Bipolar disorder, or depressive disorder who is undergoing outpatient treatment at a mental rehabilitation facility - A person who is in a chronic course and has a stable course - A person who is able to live a self-reliant daily life (a factor who is engaged in vocational activities or training in a mental rehabilitation facility to find a job) - A person who can communicate, perform physical activities, and fill out a survey evaluation - A person who agrees with the purpose of the study and voluntarily prepares a written consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - A person who is dependent on alcohol or drugs - A person who has remarkable difficulties in communication and physical activity - A person who is deemed to have a problem with physical activity due to side effects such as drowsiness caused by therapeutic drugs - Anyone who has participated in another clinical trial with intervention within the past month - A person who finds it difficult to comply with this protocol, such as arbitration, participation, or completion of a questionnaire - Other persons deemed difficult to conduct clinical trials
