Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Those who agree to participate in this study and sign a written consent form 2) Adults between 19 and 40 years of age 3) Body mass index 18.5 kg/m2 ~ 25.0 kg/m2 4) People who drink alcohol on a regular basis and have experienced a hangover after drinking
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Those who drink a lot on a regular basis 2) Those who consume or need to consume health functional foods or prescription drugs 3) Patients with diseases: alcoholism, gastrointestinal dysfunction, liver disease, diabetes, high blood pressure, etc. 4) Those who experience side effects after drinking 5) Pregnant or lactating women, or those planning to become pregnant during this human application study period 6) Those who have participated or plan to participate in another clinical study within 1 month of the first visit 7) Persons who have hypersensitivity to ingredients contained in test or control foods or who have experienced a severe food allergic reaction 8) Persons judged by the researcher to be inappropriate to participate in this study
