Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Age range: 18 to 50 years old - Those who have been running regularly at least twice a week for the past 6 months or more - Those who complain of pain in the Achilles tendon (at least 4/10 on the Visual Analog Scale) - Pain occurred at least a week ago

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Those with no running experience or who started running less than 6 months ago - Those with recent lower extremity surgery or have other lower extremity diseases other than Achilles tendon pain - Those taking painkillers
