Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Adults over 30 years old - Those who understand and agree to participate in this study - Those weighing less than 120kg

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Those with skin diseases at the time of recruitment (pressure ulcer, atopic dermatitis, psoriasis, skin damage due to burns, etc.) - Those who are unable or have limitations in changing their posture therapeutically
