Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. All subjects of the study are patients in their 20s (19 to 29 years old) who are serving in the military and were diagnosed with allergic rhinitis 2. the study targets patients with visual analogue scores of less than 5 points according to the Allergic rhinitis and Its Impact on Asthma (ARIA) 2020 guidelines, and patients with visual pain scores of 5 or more who complain of intermittent symptoms among patients who are new to allergic rhinitis treatment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with acute upper respiratory tract infections such as acute rhinitis and acute sinusitis other than allergic rhinitis 2. Discontinue the study and destroy data at any time when the patient does not want to participate in the study 3. If the patient has difficulty taking medication or using nasal spray for a variety of reasons 4. If the patient has difficulty in follow-up
