Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria will include physically inactive (no participation in structured exercise programs for past three months before study entry) premenopausal women (20-49 years of age) who are overweight or class I obesity (23.0 < BMI< 30.0 kg/m2) based on the 2018 Korean Society for the Study of Obesity Guideline for the Management of Obesity in Korea.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria will include participation in structured regular exercise programs, the presence of cardiovascular disease and psychiatric disorders or the use of chronic medications which related to cardiometabolic conditions (hypertension, angina, myocardial infarction, arrhythmia, diabetes etc.).
