Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: A healthy adult men and women over 20 who voluntarily agreed to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals with foot deformities, including flat foot or equinocavus, Individuals with severe genu valgum or genu varum, Individuals with spinal deformities such as scoliosis or kyphosis, Individuals wearing or recently using assistive devices that may affect walking or running, Recruitment will target healthy adults in their 20s, not belonging to vulnerable environments such as researchers or students affiliated with S University in Asan City, totaling 64 participants
