Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 78 patients who are hospitalized at Seoul National University Bundang Hospital for radical pulmonary resection using thoracoscopy as a primary lung cancer are randomly represented as close-knit population and meet the following target selection criteria. ? those aged 19 to 80 ? Those hospitalized for thoracoscopic pulmonary zooplasty or lobectomy with stage 2 or lower clinical stage of primary lung cancer ? Those who can understand the contents of the survey and can communicate in Korean ? Those with preoperative ECOG performance status of 1 or less
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ? Those who have previously had other cancer or chest surgery ? Those who have received preoperative chemotherapy or radiation therapy ? a person who is unable to perform an independent exercise ? Heart history such as unstable angina or myocardial infarction, and those on medication for chronic obstructive pulmonary disease ? a patient with serious psychiatric conditions such as depression
