Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Adults in their 20s who voluntarily agreed to participate in the study 2) Those who do not stretch regularly

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Those who are unable to use (install and run) the application 2) Those with a history of disease or surgery in the lower extremities 3) Those with movement disorders, sensory abnormalities, or pain in the lower extremities 4) Those whose maximum angle of instep flexion exceeds 20 degrees 5) Those who have spinal disease or surgical surgery
