Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Among patients aged 19 to 75 who visit Eunpyeong St. Mary's Hospital and undergo surgery under total intravenous anesthesia, the Society of Anesthesiologists' General Condition Classification 1 and 2 undergoes cervical spine surgery using intraoperative neurophysiologic monitoring. Patients receiving general anesthesia at TIVA

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Patients with cerebrovascular disease ? Cerebrovascular stenosis ? Patients with hemodynamic instability ? Patients with increased intracranial pressure ? Patients whose electrocardiogram is not in normal sinus rhythm on preoperative examination ? Patients with cardiac dysfunction such as unstable angina and left ventricular ejection fraction <40% ? Severe peripheral vascular disease ? Patients with a history of allergic reaction to Propofol

MeasureTime frame
Compare the perfusion index measured in the ear and finger to obtain the correlation coefficient (r2) with the depth of anesthesia.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Compare the perfusion index measured in the ears and fingers with the predictive power of awakening.
