Inclusion criteria: Individuals aged 65 or older who utilize Chuncheon City senior daycare center, can communicate, and have consented to participate in the research.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Old adults who are 'under 65', 'refusal to participate in research', and 'inability to communicate'
