Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Currently working or experienced in the field as a firefighter. - Meet the above conditions and voluntarily agree to participate in the study after receiving a full explanation of the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Firefighters who have never worked in the field - If the researcher determines that it is not feasible to conduct the interview
