Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? People with spinal cord injury - AISAA~D (Everyone standing or in a wheelchair) - Persons with spinal cord disabilities aged 19 or older (patients using hospitals and people with community disabilities, etc.) - A person who can operate a manual wheelchair by himself - A person who can understand and understand the instructions of the researcher and perform them on his/her own - A person who understands the purpose of the study and voluntarily agrees to participate in the study by himself/herself and his/her guardian ? a person with a brain lesion disorder - adults over the age of 19 - Patients who can understand and follow the researcher's instructions - Patients with MAS 2 or less stiffness in the paraplegic arm - Inpatient or outpatient in the National Rehabilitation Center

Exclusion criteria

Severe Shoulder pain, Uncontrolled cardiovascular disease, Frequent autonomic dysreflexia - - MAS(Modified Ashworth Scale for spasticity) 3 - Person who has not completed the consent form - A person who can have a medical negative effect on the body due to physical activity ? Elderly persons who are unable to exercise resistance, pregnant women, etc - A person who is deemed difficult to participate in clinical research by other researchers - a person with physical and mental problems ? a person with a brain lesion disorder - In the case of an internal and external disease that is not well controlled - If you are unable to perform this task - A person who can have a medical negative effect on the body due to physical activity ?
