Others(Participating in therapeutic program) : The subjects were divided into dry peat pack group, wet peat pack group, and core exercise group and performed each intervention for 4 nights and 5 days

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Those who feel pain of 3 or higher on the visual analogue scale (VAS) when resting in their back and legs - Those who have experienced pain for more than 6 months - Those who need medication to relieve pain

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Those who need to take other treatments concurrently to treat symptoms caused by back pain - Those with musculoskeletal or nervous system diseases that may affect measurement - Those who have difficulty communicating in Korean - Those at risk for mental health through self-report
