Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients undergoing TKR under spinal anesthesia with IV-PCA

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients over the age of 85 years Patients who have cognitive or mental problem Patients who can not receive spinal anesthesia due to abnormal blood coagulation and other conditions Patients with contraindications for the drugs used in this study Patients who can not express PONV scale and pain scale Patients with reoperation of TKR or inflammation of knee
