Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Healthy adults with a score of 22 or higher in the Ankle Joint Functional Assessment Tool.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. participants who have had an ankle sprain more than once 2. participants who have had surgery on the hip, knee and ankle joint 3. participants who have experienced lower extremity injury within the last 6 months 4. participants who cannot perform the required measurement operation 5. participants with a body mass index of 30 or more
