Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) LVAD Insertion Patient ? Adults aged 19 to 80 who are discharged from the hospital after LVAD insertion and are living at home ? a person who can read and write in Korean ? Who owns Android-based mobile devices (2) One family member (main guardian) of the LVAD-inserted patient ? Family of adult patients aged 19 or older and under 80 years of daily life at home after LVAD insertion ? a person who can read and write in Korean ? Who owns Android-based mobile devices

Exclusion criteria: ? a person who can't communicate ? a psychological diagnosis by the doctor and is currently treated by the doctor ? Let's use apps for health management ? iPhone user
