Procedure/Surgery : Patients should be classified either non-acromioplasty group or acromioplasty group randomly using random block function. Patients who has type 1 or 2 acromion which is classified

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients who are classified as Bigliani type 2 acromion by X-ray 2) Patients who have less than 3 cm supraspinatus tear diagnosed by MRI 3) Patients who are performed arthroscopic supraspinatus repair

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients who have trauma history 2) Patients who have osteoarthritis of glenohumeral joint more th an Kellgren and Lawrence grade 3 3) Patients who refuse to participate 4) Patients who have stiff shoulder
