Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Patients who voluntarily signed the consent form for participation in this clinical trial ? Patients with Lymphoma who used Neurapec (pegteograstim) during previous chemotherapy ? Patients with multiple myeloma who have never used Neurapec (pegteograstim) during previous chemotherapy ? patients with hematologic malignancy undergoing autologous hematopoietic stem cell mobilization as subjects for autologous hematopoietic stem cell transplantation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Subjects who do not agree with the prospective observational study ? Patients who have previously used pegylated GCSF other than Neurapec
