Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: i. First, adults aged 20 and over. ii. Second, those who score 23 or more on the MMSE. iii. Third, Those diagnosed with a first-ever stroke, as confirmed by MRI or CT scans. iv. Fourth, those diagnosed with shoulder joint subluxation by radiographic examination (X-ray). v. Fifth, those without a history of shoulder joint surgery or trauma.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: i. First, those diagnosed with traumatic brain injury. ii. Second, those with bilateral brain lesions. iii. Third, those diagnosed with Complex Regional Pain Syndrome (CRPS). iv. Fourth, those who had shoulder pain before being diagnosed with a stroke. v. Fifth, cases with a possibility of affecting the unaffected shoulder, such as cerebral edema due to cerebral hemorrhage and traumatic brain injury. vi. Sixth, those who have received Botox before the study.
