Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The specific selection criteria for the recipients are as follows. 1) Nurses working in hospitals or the community 2) Nurses who have no experience receiving psychological first aid training or who received it more than a year ago 3) A person who can access the program through a personal computer 4) Those who have no difficulty operating a computer

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: A person who cannot communicate
