Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Participants must meet all of the following criteria: Aged 65 years or older Diagnosed with type 2 diabetes and currently receiving medication HbA1c level of 7.0% or higher Currently using a smartphone Able to understand the explanation provided by the researcher and have no communication barriers Willing to participate in the clinical study through voluntary consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants will be excluded if they meet any of the following criteria: Have a serious comorbid condition requiring treatment in addition to diabetes Have used a continuous glucose monitor (CGM) within the past 6 months Have a history of skin allergies or contact dermatitis Have scheduled X-ray, CT, or MRI scans within the next 3 months
