Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: A person who understands the purpose of the study and voluntarily agrees to participate in the study Male and female nursing college students aged 19 or older who are able to communicate Those whose subjective sleep quality is 66 points or less Those who have no vision problems Those with no hearing problems

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Those taking sleep-related medications Those who are currently being diagnosed and treated for a physical or mental illness
