Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Adult hemiplegic patients with lesions confined to one side ? Patients without affected wrist extensor muscle strength ? Have a primary stroke ? Patients more than 6 months after stroke onset ? Patients with the cognitive ability to understand and follow the instructions of the researcher ? A person who agrees to participate by himself/herself or a guardian after understanding the explanation of the contents of this research experiment

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Patients with orthopedic problems in the upper limbs ? Patients with preeclampsia ? Patients with wrist flexor stiffness MAS 2 or higher ? Patients who respond inappropriately to sensory stimuli or do not feel pain ? Patients with severe neglect syndrome
