Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Homebound seniors who are eligible for the Cheonan City Senior Medical and Care Integration Support Pilot Project

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - People who drop out of a study because they are too uncomfortable to participate. - Elderly people with low cognitive function who are unable to complete surveys and interviews.
