Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Healthy men and women in their 20s and 30s

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria entailed (1) history of serious low back pain (ie, requiring medical treatment or time off work) and (2) acute pain during ASLR and (3) If the leg cannot be raised due to the shortening of the hamstring to the target bar and (4) cardiovascular problems, metabolic or rheumatologic disease, osteoporosis, or other serious diseases (5) participants who had underwent surgery during the past 24 months, pregnant women, and women who had given birth during the past 12 months
