Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who underwent ESD and surgery for the diagnosis and treatment of gastrointestinal cancers (stomach, colon, liver, pancreas) and breast cancer at Ajou University Hospital between January 2017 and December 2021, and whose paraffin-embedded tissue blocks are stored.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with tissue preservation conditions that are not optimal or with insufficient remaining tumor tissue for research purposes
