Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Individuals diagnosed with functional sarcopenia according to the Korean Working Group on Sarcopenia Guideline 2023 by a public health center within the last 3 months. and 2) Residents of the local community aged 65 and older.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Individuals with significant hearing impairment to the extent that participation in group intervention programs would be difficult, as determined by the researcher. 2. Individuals who have been hospitalized for 2 weeks or more in the past 3 months in a hospital or nursing facility. 3. Individuals receiving treatment for uncontrolled congestive heart failure or metastatic cancer. 4. Individuals whose life expectancy is expected to be less than 1 year, as determined by the researcher.
