Procedure/Surgery : In the intervention group, SI was estimated from the pressure/time curve after prone position, and in case of overdistension, tidal volume was reduced by 25ml until a normal curve

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients scheduled for spine surgery aged 20 – 70 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Those with uncontrolled cardiovascular disease, uncontrolled endocrine diseases, abnormalities in the control function of the autonomic nervous system, active lung disease, a BMI of 30 or more
