Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The subjects of this study are those who are scheduled for transesophageal echocardiography at P University Hospital in Y City as of the time after IRB approval and meet the following criteria. (1) Adult patients who can communicate between the ages of 18 and 80 (2) A person who has never done transesophageal echocardiography (3) A person who understands the purpose of the study and voluntarily agrees to participate in the study
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) If you are unable to make a decision because your consciousness is not clear (2) The doctor banned Valsalva maneuver (3) A person diagnosed with atrial septal defect or who has undergone atrial septal obstruction (4) a sedated person (5) A person who has difficulty lying on his/her side or has other physical discomfort, such as a fracture
