Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Middle-aged women equal to or over 30 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: If participants had 1) musculoskeletal disorders that can impact a training, 2) medical device which negatively affected by electrical stimulation (i.e., pacemaker), 3) epileptic, 4) neurological diseases, 5) aversion of electrical stimulation, they were excluded from this study before the baseline measurement.
