Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: - Patients aged between 20 and 80 years old undergoing otolaryngology (parotidectomy, thyroidectomy) and breast surgery - American society of anesthesia (ASA) class I - III - Those who agree to the clinical trial and sign the subject consent form
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: A. A serious illness unrelated to participation in the study occurred. B. Patients with acute or chronic infection of the external auditory canal, middle ear, or mastoid. C. Patients with congenital or acquired anatomical disorders in the external auditory canal, defects in the eardrum, or earwax blocking the external auditory canal. D. Patients allergic to skin thermometer adhesive E. Patients with esophageal varices F. Patients with hemorrhagic tendency
