Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Colonoscopy performed on patients aged 30 and above, but less than 80, for the purpose of screening or follow-up examination. Definition of Screening Colonoscopy: Colonoscopy performed on asymptomatic individuals for the purpose of health screening. Definition of Surveillance Colonoscopy: Colonoscopy performed on individuals with a history of colorectal polyps for surveillance purposes.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Inflammatory bowel disease (ulcerative colitis, Crohn's disease) Family history of hereditary colorectal cancer (familial adenomatous polyposis, hereditary nonpolyposis colorectal cancer) Diagnostic colonoscopy in cases of symptomatic conditions such as anemia or bleeding Previous history of colorectal resection surgery Inability to undergo tissue biopsy or other circumstances where the participant is deemed ineligible for the study by the researcher.
